The Process: Luxury, Tailored to You

  1. Begin Your Journey

    • Start by paying a deposit of $150 to initiate the service. This deposit covers your consultations, the Match-Me Kit, and skin analysis services. It will be applied to your final purchase.
    • Please note, cancellations are permitted within 14 days of booking. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the service.
    • Once your deposit is secured, you’ll receive a link to complete your Virtual Reality (VR) skin analysis and schedule your first 30-minute consultation.

  2. Expert Consultation

    • During your initial consultation, we’ll review your VR skin analysis results and begin your custom journey.
    • You'll perform a secondary VR session for precise color matching, selecting from our vast array of shades.

  3. Your Match-Me Kit

    • A Match-Me Kit will be sent to your doorstep. This kit includes samples to:
      • Confirm your perfect foundation shades for summer and winter.
      • Identify the ideal concealer shades for brightening and correcting.
    • You’ll also receive a personalized video tutorial to guide you through the process.

  4. Refine and Finalize

    • A second 30-minute consultation will ensure your perfect matches are identified. Together, we’ll review the Match-Me Kit results and discuss your preferences.
    • At your final consultation, you’ll select the product bundle of your choice and explore optional Aristocrat-tier add-ons for a complete look.

  5. Crafted and Delivered

    • Once finalized, your custom products will be individually crafted and shipped together, with shipping included in the price of your bundle.
