How the Custom Blending Process Works
1. Start with a Virtual Consultation
- If you’re new to custom blended products, you start by scheduling a virtual consultation to start your blending journey.
- A specialized Match-Me Kit that includes sample formulations matched to your skin tone will be sent to you after your consultation. A $25 credit from the kit applies to your final product purchase.
2. Customize Your Formula
- Choose your preferred finish, coverage level, and optional skin-enhancing ingredients (hydrating, mattifying, or anti-aging).
- Our expert formulators will craft your semi-custom blend based on your selections.
3. Approve & Finalize Your Formula
- Once your sample is perfect, we finalize your product.
- Your personalized formula is saved in our system for effortless reordering.
4. Receive Your Bespoke Beauty Product
- Your custom blend arrives in luxurious packaging, along with complimentary samples of other Zeni Beauty products.
- Enjoy a product designed just for you, with the ease of reordering whenever needed.
Pricing & Deposits
To begin your customized blending experience, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order. The Match-Me Kit is included in The Artisan Crafted Beauty service to ensure your perfect shade and formula before your final product is blended. A $25 credit from the kit will be applied to your final purchase.

All custom blended products are uniquely crafted for each client and are final sale once the formula is approved.

Can I return or adjust my custom blend if the shade isn’t perfect?
Yes! Every semi-custom blend starts with a Match-Me Kit to ensure your shade is correct before we create the full-size product. If your first sample isn’t perfect, we’ll work with you to adjust it. Once your final blend is approved, all customized orders are final sale since they are individually formulated.
How long does it take to receive my semi-custom blended product?
The entire process, from Match-Me Kit to final product delivery, takes approximately 14-21 business days.
Can I adjust my formula later?
Yes! Your semi-custom blend is saved in our system, and we can make modifications if your skin needs change. You can also schedule a seasonal update to adjust for summer or winter.
How do I reorder my custom blend?
Once your formula is perfected, simply log in to your Zeni Beauty account or email us at info@zenibeauty.com to place a reorder. Your blend is stored for effortless repurchasing!
