The Fitting Ritual (How It Works)

  1. Reserve — Choose Single, Pick 2, or Pick 3 and place your 50% deposit to begin.

  2. First Fitting (Welcome) — Undertone study, skin goals, and product selection.

  3. At-Home Fitting — After you order (and before the kit ships), we may send a VR skin tone scan to help us determine your Match-Me-Kit samples. Then your kit with the proper samples and simple swatch instructions.

  4. Second Fitting (Approval) — Review swatches in natural and indoor light; confirm summer/winter notes and concealer mapping.

  5. Fine-Tune — If needed, one complimentary adjustment to perfect tone and finish (within 30 days).

  6. Approve & Archive — Your Bespoke Blend is sealed, assigned a Blend ID, and shipped with care.

Pricing & Custom Blend Options

Your first purchase includes two Fittings, a personalized Match-Me Kit, and your full-size made-to-order product(s).

Single Product — $169
Choose one: foundation, tinted moisturizer, powder, or concealer.

Pick 2 — $289
Choose two full-size custom products (e.g., Foundation + Concealer).

Pick 3 — $369
Choose three full-size custom products for a complete base wardrobe.

Deposit: A 50% deposit at booking begins your consultations. The remaining balance is processed upon your final approval.

Cancellation Policy (summary): The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 14 days and before the kit ships, your deposit converts to store credit. After the kit ships (or after 14 days), the deposit remains non-refundable. Only the final balance (if charged) is refundable per policy.

Reorders: Use your Blend ID to request your House Blend anytime—no new consultation required unless your skin or preferences change.
