Path 1: Signature Shade Match (Made-to-Order)

If you’re close to a good match in most brands—but something always feels slightly “off”—our Signature Shade system is designed for you.

With Signature Shades, your products are:

Made-to-order once your shade is confirmed
Based on a 20 year curated library of neutral-based, pre-formulated tones
Designed to work together across tinted moisturizer, liquid foundation, loose mineral foundation, and concealer

Signature Shade is ideal if:

You usually find a “close enough” shade but want a more reliable, natural-looking match
You prefer a streamlined everyday routine without overcomplicating things
You want a cohesive formula that works for work, weekends, and special occasions

Signature Shade Match Quiz – to identify your closest match and undertone profile
Shade Assessment Form – where you can share photos, current products, and skin concerns

Path 2: Artisan Crafted Beauty (Custom-Blended from Scratch)

Artisan Crafted Beauty is for the woman whose skin simply doesn’t fit inside standard shade ranges—even good ones.

While Signature Shades are made-to-order from a pre-formulated library, Artisan Crafted Beauty is truly custom-blended, starting from raw pigments and bases to create your personal Blend.

Choose this path if:

You constantly mix 2–3 shades and still don’t get it right
Your undertone is complex (olive, golden but cool, neutral yet deep, etc.)
Most foundations pull too pink, too yellow, too gray, or too flat
You have specific concerns—oil control, sensitivity, dryness, hyperpigmentation, visible texture—that require formula tweaks
You want a from-scratch custom formula that can be micro-adjusted over time, not rebuilt

What We Customize with Artisan Crafted Beauty

Each Artisan formula is blended to reflect your skin tone, undertone, skin condition, and lifestyle:

Liquid Foundation – Adjustable coverage and finish with targeted skin-supporting boosters
Tinted Moisturizer – A radiant, breathable veil for light-to-medium coverage
Loose Powder Foundation – Silky minerals with customizable coverage and finish
Concealer – Precise coverage with undertone correction and skin-enhancing ingredients

The Artisan Fitting Ritual (How It Works)

This section applies only to the Artisan Crafted Beauty service (First time service only).

Reserve Your Artisan Crafted Consultation
Choose Single, Pick 2, or Pick 3 for your first-time custom order and place your opening deposit. This begins your from-scratch formulation process.
Detailed Skin & Lifestyle Questionnaire
You’ll complete a deeper skin and lifestyle assessment so we can understand your tone, undertone, concerns, sensitivities, and wear preferences.
VR Skin Tone Scan & Analysis
When appropriate, we’ll use a VR skin tone scan and your photos to analyze your undertone, depth, and color patterns in different lighting.
Personalized Match-Me Kit
We create a Match-Me Kit with custom-mixed sample shades and finishes tailored to your assessment. You’ll receive simple swatch instructions to try them at home in natural and indoor light.
Second Fitting & Approval
During your follow-up, we review your swatches together, confirm your ideal shade, undertone, finish, and coverage level, and map any needed concealer adjustments.
Fine-Tune (If Needed)
If something is slightly off, we make two complimentary adjustment within the set window to perfect your color and finish.
Archive Your House Blend
Your final custom blend is archived with a Blend ID so you can reorder your exact formula anytime, with the option for seasonal micro-edits when needed.

Artisan Crafted Pricing & Options

Your first Artisan Crafted purchase includes:

A personalized Match-Me Kit
Your final custom-blended full-size product(s)
Single Product — $169
Choose one: liquid foundation, tinted moisturizer, loose powder foundation, or concealer.
Pick 2 — $289
Choose two full-size custom products (for example: foundation + concealer).
Pick 3 — $369
Choose three full-size custom products for a complete base wardrobe.

Deposit:
A 50% deposit at booking begins your Artisan Crafted process. The remaining balance is processed once your custom formula is approved.

Cancellation Policy:
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 14 days and before the Match-Me Kit ships, your deposit converts to store credit. After the kit ships (or after 14 days), the deposit remains non-refundable. Only the final balance (if charged) is refundable per policy.

Reorders:
Use your Blend ID to reorder your House Blend anytime—no new consultation required unless your skin or preferences change.
