Made Especially for You

At Zeni Beauty, our made-to-order cosmetics are thoughtfully prepared with care and attention to detail. Unlike mass-produced beauty products, our personalized complexion offerings are prepared specifically for each client, reflecting our commitment to exceptional quality and individualized beauty.

Order Processing & Preparation

Please allow 7–10 business days for the preparation and processing of your order before shipment.

This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare, inspect, and package your products to meet our quality standards.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing begins once payment is confirmed and any required shade verification or consultation has been completed.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped together once all items are ready.

Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard U.S. shipping on orders of $60 or more, after discounts and before applicable taxes.

For orders below $60, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

From time to time, Zeni Beauty may offer special shipping promotions, including reduced flat-rate shipping during select events or holiday shopping periods.

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge. Please note that expedited shipping applies to carrier transit time and does not shorten the preparation period for made-to-order products.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Shipping transit times are separate from our 7–10 business day order preparation period.

While we make every effort to ship within our stated processing timeframe, unusually high order volumes, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in delays. We will communicate significant delays whenever possible.

Thank you for choosing Zeni Beauty. We appreciate the opportunity to create beauty made especially for you.
