Reordering your Artisan Crafted complexion products should be simple. If we’ve already created your custom formula, this page allows you to request the products you’d like us to recreate from your archived Zeni Complexion Profile.
If anything has changed since your last order such as your skin tone, finish preference, coverage needs, or skincare routine - we recommend scheduling a shade check before you reorder.
Select the products you’d like us to recreate from your archived Zeni Complexion Profile. If you know your Blend ID, include it below. If you don’t, that’s okay—we can usually locate your formula using your client information.
Please use the notes section to tell us which product(s) you need, how many you’d like to reorder, and whether anything has changed since your last order.
